Cocoabean.ai collects the minimum it needs to give you a stack and to know whether the product works.
What we store
Your questionnaire answers and the stack generated from them. If you save your stack, your email address and the account you create. If you give us an email address for your stack summary, that address.
What we measure
Counts of questionnaire starts, completions, stack views and outbound clicks, so we can tell whether the product is useful. These counts are tied to a stack, not to a named person.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't share your answers with the products we recommend. Clicking through to a product tells that product you came from Cocoabean.ai — nothing about your answers.
Other services
Your account, stack and analytics are stored with our hosting and database provider. Recommendation wording is generated by a language model from your answers and our own notes.
Deleting your data
Email us and we'll delete your account, your saved stacks and your history. Email you receive from us can be unsubscribed at any time, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
