About Cocoabean

Cocoabean.ai helps small businesses figure out which software to use, and then how well that software is actually working for them. Answer a short set of questions and you get a stack recommendation built from a fixed scoring process — no sales calls, no sponsored placements, nothing invented to fill a gap.

Once you have a stack, Cocoabean stays with it as a view-only intelligence layer. It observes and analyzes the tools you use — it never acts inside them. It does not send emails, edit campaigns, or change your records in anyone else's app. Every insight ends the same way: an "Open [Tool] →" link that takes you into the partner's own product to make the change yourself.

We are deliberately blunt about the limits of what we know. Where a tool offers no way to connect, we say so. Where data isn't available, we leave it blank rather than estimate it. How the money works is on the disclosure page, and the scoring is fully described on the methodology page.
